- Fundamentals of Pistol Shooting – Sight alignment, Trigger control, Grip, Stance, Breathing & Follow Through
- Pistol Draw
Equipment List
- REQUIRED:
- Functional and practical handgun.
- 150 – 200 rounds.
- Minimum of 2 (3 suggested) working magazines. Single stack users should have double.
- Pistol holster. Preferably a OWB (Out-side the waist band).
- Sturdy belt to support equipment.
- Ear protection (Electronic preferred).
- Eye protection.
- Sneakers or boots are a must. No open toed sandals/flip-flops.
- OPTIONAL (BUT RECOMMENDED):
- Pistol magazine pouches.
- Note pad, and pen/pencil.
- Pants.
- Rain gear. We will train in the rain. Range only closes due to lighting.
- OPTIONAL:
- Hat.
- Sun Screen.
- Weapons lube.
- Personal IFAK (Individual first aid kit). Gear to be used on yourself.
- Cleaning kit and tools compatible with your handgun.
- Snacks.
- Water/Gatorade.
